You can then use this measurement along with others, in the Jackson and Pollock (1978 & 1980) or Durnin and Womersley (1974) anthropometric methods to determine your clients percent body fat. *Remember to watch the 'General Procedure for Skinfold Measurement' video* These CSEP guidelines are under constant revision - If you notice any mistakes or out-of-date information, please let me know in the comments so I can update the video accordingly.
