BILZ EPPC

Die EPPC™ Niveauregulierung (Electronic Pneumatic Position Control) bietet eine optimale Schwingungsisolierung für hochdynamische und erschütterungsempfindliche Maschinen. Die EPPC™ kann generell bei Hochpräzisionsmaschinen, erschütterungsempfindlichen und hochdynamischen Messmaschinen, Mikroskopen sowie Prüf- und Produktionsmaschinen eingesetzt werden. Mit der dynamischen Niveauregelung der EPPC™ wird eine optimale Positionsgenauigkeit von +/- 8 µm und eine deutliche Verringerung der Auslenkung sowie der Abklingzeit bei dynamischen Lastwechseln erreicht. Das Video zeigt die EPPC™ im Einsatz, installiert unter einer ca. 1.200 kg schweren Granitplatte. Auf dem Granit wird eine Masse von ca. 60 kg beschleunigt und abgebremst. Die sich aus diesen dynamischen Lastwechseln ergebenden Bewegungen des auf Bilz BiAir® Membran-Luftfedern elastisch gelagerten Granitblocks sind sehr deutlich zu erkennen. Die vertikale Auslenkung wird durch die EPPC™ Niveauregelung wirkungsvoll gedämpft und ausgeglichen. Therefore, the EPPC™ can be installed with high-precision machines, where the focus is on optimal level accuracy of +/- 8 µm over a 12 mm range and little deflection as well as short settling times at load changes. Therefore it can be used to isolate not only measuring devices and microscopes but also test equipment and production machines. The system is used in combination with standard BiAir® membrane air spring isolators, which can be mounted directly below machine supports, support platform or a massive foundation block. The video shows the EPPC™ in use, installed under a granite table top with a weight of 1.200 kg. On the granite, a mass of approx.. 60 kg is accelerated and decelerated. The movements resulting from these dynamic load changes on the granite block - mounted elastically on Bilz BiAir® membrane air springs - are easy to recognize.
