Bionic Commando NES 100% speed run in 20:43!

This is 10 seconds off my sum of best splits for this category. I lost time in area 2 (sewers), area 9 from a screen-wrapped mine-cart, and from bullet skip in area 12. Nearly every other stage was without major errors. I could not be happier with this run, and I will not be returning to improve 100% in this version unless it is contested. 100% is defined as a full inventory, which requires completing all the action stages and all but 1 neutral zone.
