Effective, easy management of BIXOLON's mobile and fixed printers is possible with the XPM™ device management utility, which can be extended further with the XCM™, a companion application enabling legacy models and locally wired printers to connect to the XPM server. Deployment of the physical devices can be achieved via locally wired, networked or wireless interfaces with data logging of operational tasks and events. The design allows for clear descriptions and views of your printers base and extended configurations that can be precisely copied and replicated. Logical grouping of printers can also be created and managed to decrease deployment efforts and maintenance costs. Governance of the printers can be controlled via user and administrative rights, plus statistical information about a particular printer's use can be clearly understood. Allowing maintenance routines to be scheduled to keep the printers at peak performance and maximise uptime.
