A ship older than reason drifts through the black water carrying plague, ash, whispers, and something far worse beneath its iron hull. Black Ivy is a cinematic gothic horror voyage inspired by cursed sea legends, industrial nightmares, and the dark oceans of my imagination. Combining thunderous metal, haunted atmosphere, and maritime dread, the song tells the story of a monstrous segmented war-galleon that leaves sickness and death in its wake wherever the tide carries it.
