Black Lives Matter Micro-Site Glitch Effect Tutorial [HTML, SCSS, CSS]

Hello and welcome back to the clairecodes channel! Today we will be making a black lives matter micro site and through its creation we will learn how to add glitch effects to text in HTML using SCSS. We will then use a converter to demonstrate how SCSS translates to CSS.
