Hamish and I on our way to Great End to see if it was anything like my last visit, we saw Blencathra looking magnificent. So we went for it.
The snow wasn't particularly deep, and there wasn't any consolidation, apart from small areas on the climb up from the ridge. But, it was fun. And a beautiful day.
