The project is about 150 Mb because it includes 16K HDRI which is used in the world material. If your computer refuses to handle it just unpack this texture into a separate file (File - External Data - Unpack All Into Files), lower its resolution using any external editor and import back (or you may just replace it with any other star-sky HDRI).
This is my very first long tutorial ever. I wanted to show not just a step by step algorithm of how to make a nebula but my way of thinking during the creative process.
