I use to play one of this before but, always failed to spin it correctly. Sorry if the audio might a little bit off, and I'm sounded odd as well.
I think in english, it called "top" or "spinning top". During my childhood era, we call this "Beyblade" due to TV show called Beyblade. Till now, this game still famous.
