In Matthew 16:13-20, Jesus' disciple Peter expresses his faith that Jesus is the long-awaited Savior. Jesus replies, "Blessed are you". What makes that reply so interesting, however, are the words that follow. In them we learn that we too are "Blessed" like Peter, which means we are saved by the grace of God!
