Here’s a demonstration on how to remove the shell and install a 21 pin decoder into an HO scale Broadway Limited Imports stealth SD70ACe.
I absolutely love this locomotive. It’s heavier than any other diesel locomotive on my roster. It pulls like a champ and the metal body and detail parts look great. My only complaint is the paperwork included didn’t include how to remove the shell to access the light board inside for adding a decoder, so I thought I would demonstrate it in case anyone else was as lost as I was at first.
