Boat Builing Academy Weekly Update

Upstairs, our February 40-week students have progressed from practising lofting to working on the full-scale plans for the boats they’ll soon begin building. With lines taking shape, they’re now preparing to move into the mould-making stage. Downstairs, our September 40-week cohort continues to build momentum. They’ve been developing their ropework skills while making great progress on the boats—some have now been flipped, with interior work underway. We’re always happy to welcome visitors, so do feel free to stop by and take a look at the boats currently being built in the workshop. We’d love to welcome you to the Academy—visitors are always encouraged to drop in, see the boats taking shape, and experience the atmosphere for themselves.
