How Data Science + Customer Success Are Changing Wireless Network Support
2019 was all about what AI is and what it can do for wireless networks. With more enterprise networks moving to the cloud, the focus will shift to how data science and customer success teams working together can provide a radically new and better customer support paradigm in networking. It’s a similar evolution to the one that took place in the Cloud world and led to the creation of DevOps. The next generation of Wi-Fi networks will see AI data science teams and Customer Success teams working closely with customer networks, training AI solutions to solve both connectivity and security problems. Interestingly, the same data being used to score a user’s connectivity experience can be used to score a user’s security risk.
