Sharing something I've been collecting in my stash & what I use it for! Talking about... *About #Stashcast (#Stashcast is one of my podcast segments where I share what's in my art/intuitive stash. I'll tell you what it is, what it's used for & how, why I bought it, & what I've done with it so far (in the case that I've worked with it)! This is partially for your education, but also to share ideas & inspiration. It also lets you see "inside of the mind of the artist", which is one of my main goals & intentions here!) *What I've Stashed (Thread & yarn for bobbin lace!) *Where I got it (A few different places, Snowgoose Lace, A. C. Moore, and *maybe* a local yarn store for the yarn.) *What it's used for in general (So in theory this thread is used for whatever you'd like to use it for. The crochet thread can be used for various types of lace making, crochet, tatting, bobbin lace, knitting...really anything you like. And the yarn is about the same.) *What I'm using it for (It's my hope to make some really interesting and fun things with these different threads/yarn that are maybe more or less traditional when it comes down to it.) *What I've done with it so far (The 80/100 thread I've used in my Foray bracelet that I designed and tried the size 20 in another experiment in bobbin lace I tried.) ***Today's Questions: Do you have any DMC 80 thread in your stash?
