a. Stand upright feet shoulder width apart b. Extend arm out in front of you, gripping the body blade in the center. c. Oscillate your arm in slight back-and-forth motions to shake the blade, continuing for the prescribed amount of time d. Stop and move arm to full extension above the body like you are trying to touch the ceiling. e. Repeat step C f. Lower arm down to your side near the hip, like you are trying to make one trip with all the groceries. g. Repeat step C i. Focus on stabilizing your shoulder, keeping your elbow straight, and getting in the rhythm of the blade
