Bodybuilding Prep + School (1.5 Weeks Out)
1.5 weeks out from my first bodybuilding show… and I’m still going to school. In this video I take you through a full day of prep — starting with my walk to school where I explain how prep has been going so far. I’ve dropped from 90kg to 83.5kg in 6.5 weeks while still eating 3400 calories a day. The goal isn’t to get stage-shredded — it’s to stay full, hold muscle, and bring my best physique on show day. After school I check in with my coach Eddy Ellwood to assess how I’m looking and start planning peak week. We finish the day with an intense shoulder session as we push towards the final stages of prep. This is what bodybuilding prep actually looks like as a 15 year old.
