If youre looking for a healthy snack, ito ang bagay sayu. Not fried but boiled BUTCHI. Let me know if na try niyu napo. INGREDIENTS 2 cups Glutinous Rice Flour 3/4 cup Water (kapag hindi pa rin siya mabuo magdagdag ng pa konti konting tubig hanggang maging buong dough na ang mixture) 1/4 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Sesame Seeds 1 cup filling (ube, peanut butter or cheese) PROCEDURES 1. Heat water and sugar then mix until sugar is dissolve. Dont boil. 2. Put glutinous rice flour in a mixing bowl then gradually add water mixture while mixing them together. 3. Slightly knead the dough until smooth. 4. Toast sesame seeds on medium heat and stir occasionally until it become golden brown in color. 5. Portion dough into balls. 6. Flatten the dough and put filling in the center. Seal the dough ball. 7. Place dough balls into boiling water, once they float transfer them to a boil with room temperature water to cool down the balls. 8. Roll the balls to sesame seed then serve.
