Once you get more comfortable with your isolations of your upper body and lower body (videos posted below if needed) you can then start getting into fun combinations like your booty rolls and body rolls. These movements are so fun to add into any style of dance (Cha Cha, Bachata, Salsa, Foxtrot, Bolero, Rumba, etc.) that adds tons of fun, sass & confidence. They will take practice and some time to get fluid so be patient with yourself. It will happen.
