A lecture held in Damascus University about the preparation of the teeth to correct the gingival architecture using the biologically oriented technique. This method is used for prosthodontic retreatment when the crown margins of the previous restoration are not adequate. The temporary crown fabrication is also described and the difference between retentive and adhesive restorations is also explained. This lecture is presented in celebration of the foundation of Damascus University the 100 anniversary.
