We are going to bake three equal loaves at three different temperatures: high (250ºC/482ºF), medium (225ºC/437ºF) and low (200ºC/392ºF) to compare the results. The bread we baked in this video are our typical sourdough bread that we bake every day. The recipe allows you to make a 600grs. loaf.
