Have you ever wondered if changing the baking temperature of your loaf makes a difference? We’ve got the answer! We are going to bake three equal loaves at three different temperatures: high (250ºC/482ºF), medium (225ºC/437ºF) and low (200ºC/392ºF) to compare the results.
The bread we baked in this video are our typical sourdough bread that we bake every day. The recipe allows you to make a 600grs. loaf.
Ingredients:
- (85%) Strong flour: 260 grs
- (15%) Fine semolina: 45 grs
- (75%) Water: 230 grs
- (20%) Sourdough Starter: 60 grs
- (2%) Salt: 6 grs
