A quicker method of kneading a small amount of bread dough would be using a hand mixer fitted with a pair of dough hooks.
Sugar Crust Banana Cocoa Bun (4 pcs)
Sponge
10g bread flour
1g instant dry yeast
10g water
20g sourdough
Mix and let it stands for 1 hour before use.
Dry Ingredients
50g bread flour
50g plain flour plus
15g caster sugar
1g fine salt
Wet ingredients
Sponge from above
30g mashed banana
10g rice bran oil
30g water, to be added gradually
Filling
40~50g banana strips, cut into 4 pcs
Some butter to coat the banana strips
Topping
5g unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp icing sugar
