Bread Machine Kneaded Condensed Milk Bread
Bread Machine Kneaded Sweetened Condensed Milk Bread Ingredients: 250ml (8.5oz) milk (room temperature) 75g (2.5oz) condensed milk 1 egg 50g (2oz) butter (softened) 450-500g (3-1/2 - 4 C) all purpose flour 30g (2Tbs) sugar 5G (1-1/4tsp) salt 7g (2tsp) yeast Egg wash: 1egg 34g (2 tbs) milk Glaze: 51g (3tbs) butter softened 51g (3tbs) sweetened condensed milk Preparation; Set bread machine to “Dough Cycle” After the dough has risen and cycle ends Move dough to a lightly floured surface Roll into a rectangle approximately 16”X16” Divide dough into two equal rectangles approximately 8”X16” Roll each rectangle into a cylinder, starting with narrow end and pinch the edges closed Cut cylinder lengthwise into 7 or 8 equal pieces Stack pieces back together the way they were cut Place in the bread pan lengthwise Let rise about 45-60 minutes or until doubled & has filled the loaf pan After the dough has risen, brush top of bread with egg wash Bake at 350* F (177* C) 22-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 190-195F (88-90C) Remove bread from the bread pan to a cooling rack for about 20-25 minutes Brush on glaze and allow bread to finish cooling
