Break-Even Analysis for Multiple Products
Most break-even analysis examples are for one product. What about the 99% of businesses that have more than one product? I'm happy to say that there are ways to do break-even analysis for multiple products. I even use a simple example using the Three Little Pigs (thus, the pigs in the video thumbnail). For the more serious types, I explain break-even analysis for a capital budgeting decision from my banking days. In this video, I’ll: - Show an easy way to model a mix of two product groups - Walk step-by-step through a popular way for calculating break-even for a mix of multiple products. - Show two examples of how to apply the concepts of break-even for multiple products This Video Comes from my Cost-Volume-Profit (CVP) and Break-Even Analysis Course at https://cfoperspective.com/cvp-and-break-even-course/ CPAs: Want to get CPE credit for videos like this?
