Especially because I couldn't find any evidence of this existing on the internet outside of the Lebanese Fest in Halifax, I thought you really should see a few rounds of the Briek Competion. Rules are: you can't drink out of the big spout, you should hold the briek really high, you drink the water as quickly as possible, don't spill any and don't choke. You can't grab the briek up until the judge says "Go!" at the count of 3. The amount of water is about 500ml (half litre). July 10, 2010.
