a good close look at setting the ZB32 to grind a right hand drill with detail at how the drive gears mesh. if your machine needs rebuilding then use witness marks so that it goes back together right ... saving you a headache
if your machine isn't grinding correctly then the gears might not be correctly meshed in the setting position. you can alter the clocking one tooth at a time until you find the sweet spot .... with patience.
i grind a stubby morse taper drill in a modified collet holder , and grind a left hand drill with a new cam from Nerys. The left hand drill might be used to try and back out a frozen stud so reducing the clearance and not splitting the point will increase the drag of the cutter and help to catch the stud stud
