Broad Phase & Narrow Phase - Let's Make a Physics Engine [22]

We will completely separate the broad phase from the narrow phase of collision detection and resolution. The broad phase will be responsible for finding possible collision "pairs" for physics bodies. The narrow phase will then be responsible for actually determining if the bodies are intersecting and then resolve the collision.
