In this video, we live-code a FastAPI + Bubble integration. We build and deploy an API on AWS, and connect it to our Bubble app.
We look at:
- Getting data from our API into our Bubble app, via API connector
- Triggering workflows in our Bubble app from our FastAPI server
- Reading and Modifying data in our Bubble app from our FastAPI server.
If you connect your Bubble app to your own server, you can do anything you want! (provided you could do it traditional code, of course)
This was recorded as part of a Low-Code AI meetup, so there is some live troubleshooting, as well as some visual artifacts from the Zoom recording (i.e., black bars where the webcam thumbnails were).
