In this video, we build a NOR gate using mosfets and understand how CMOS logic circuits work. The circuit uses two batteries, two pmos transistors, two nmos transistors, one LED, and two switches to control input a and input b. The LED is used as an output indicator to observe the logic operation. By changing the input combinations, we can clearly observe how the circuit behaves like a NOR logic gate. The output becomes 1 only when both inputs are 0, and for all other input combinations the output becomes 0. At the end of the video, we also observe the waveforms where the left signal represents input a, the middle signal represents input b, and the right signal represents the output. This video helps beginners understand how logic gates are built using mosfets, which are the building blocks of modern digital electronics.
