Here is a list of a few commands i mentioned in the video:
-Tab: enter and exit "EDIT MODE"
-Shift+Z: switches in and out of "WIRE FRAME"
-E: Extrude Selection
-S: Scale Selection
-G: Grab selection to move with cursor
-Command+R: Loop Cut (**MUST BE IN EDIT MODE**)
