The microphone stayed in exactly the same position, while the speakers were swapped out, aligned to a marking point on the table. All audio was recorded through a Zoom H4N, unprocessed with no corrections made. Volume of both tracks was adjusted to match overall video volume. Marlin was powered by a Fosi Audio V3 amplifier. MSRP of the soundbar exceeds that of the Marlin's. Cost is comparable when factoring in the separate amplifier.
