Building a clock using compound gears - Take 1

During a recent lesson on compound gearing, one of our students realized he could build a clock with a minute and second hand if he could create a 60:1 gear ratio, so he gave it a shot. The next day another student added an hour hand. It's not quite accurate yet, but check out what they built. We will have the students identify the remaining issues and some up with solutions in future classes, so check back to see how it goes.
