Building a conditional text list in Excel

In my first of its kind Excel tutorial I share how I came up with a solution for joining text conditionally in Excel for learner's certificates of achievement of above 80% in their subjects. This is a real life solution I came up with for a teacher friend at a local school to help automate their generation of school certificates.
