Bulk Container Fill Stand

The Ensign Bulk Container Fill Stand is designed to fill a wide range of vessels—most commonly bulk bags, also known as FIBCs, big bags, or super sacks. Bulk bags offer a significant advantage over rigid bulk containers due to their collapsible design, minimizing floor space requirements when empty. Built around a heavy-duty, 4,000-lb rated frame, the fill stand features a modular, adjustable design that accommodates a wide range of bag heights and integrates seamlessly into both new and existing material handling systems. Shown here with an optional dual-chamber fill neck, the system provides a dust-tight seal between the fill stand and the bag’s fill spout, helping mitigate fugitive dust and maintain a cleaner operating environment. The Bulk Container Fill Stand can be configured with a variety of automation and customization options, including an integral dust collection system, pre-fill bag inflators, scale systems, and automated controls.
