instructions:
go into creative mode and open the bungalow plants tab, and build a portal frame with the Blue Jewel Blocks like you were gonna go to the Nether
then go into the vanilla tools tab and scroll all the way down, and there's a flint and steel marked PKosmyr Portal Igniter, right click the frame to activate it, and hop in
you'll find yourself in a totally empty dark cave world that you can do whatever you want with!
