This film is made using compiled footage and focuses on the Buran Energia, better known as the Soviet Space Shuttle, and its short time in use before ultimately being left to rot in the Kazakhstan desert. Built during the 80s by the soviet union in response to just how awful the American Space Shuttle design was, the Buran demonstrated some of the most advanced space
technology of the time, only to be dropped during the dissolution of the soviet union, ultimatelyending up abandoned and destroyed in the desert, guarded to this day by armed soldiers. Directed by Paxton Crockett.
