Burn The World

It's a musician's funpark, it really is. For 'Burn the World', I went digging into Logic's huge library of royalty-free clips, samples and sound effects, and mashed together/fiddled with/blew up all kinds of stuff. Typically I like to craft every note and noise from the ground up, but time was short. I grabbed a Major/4th/5th powerchord sequence I wanted Deathwing to rage to, and let fly. I'm happy to say that Deathwing nailed all his stuff off on the first take. Then I have to pitch-shift my vocals, and the guitars, down a tone together, so I can haz a more bassy growl. (FYI, Velen in Exodar Disco had a 3-semitone downshift of me attempting to do a normal 'dry' british voice). As for the other voices, that's just me having fun with pitch-shift, reverb and putting on a silly accent. I'm not very good at it (wtb less-Australian-drawl), but worry not my friends, I have BULLWORTH paying a voice-acting visit for my next movie, and I promise you he does not disappoint.
