Buss Bar clean

This shows what the inside of your keyboard looks like. It shows how it works, and how the buss bars interact. I also show how I clean the buss bars. This video assumes that you have already removed the keyboard and it is standing on it's end. Note that the buss bar access plates are on the preset side of the keyboard. When people talk about the "gooey foam" they are referring to a strip of foam that was supposed to seal the keyboard from dust intrusion. Problem was that the foam degraded over time and turned into a caustic goo that corroded the wires, eventually breaking them. All those tiny wires that are attached to the back of the contacts were what was affected. Since the wires are all the same color, if several broke it is very difficult to trace and re-attach.
