Level 10 - You have to mix the two color. For example: The first one's body is white, the second one's body is black. And the result will be grey :)
Level 20 - There're 4 different tune of the bells. The deepest tune will be in the bottom. And so on :)
Level 30 - The colors matches with the different emoitons :)
