The two parallel folds are performed by special knife units that allow sheets up to 600 gsm to be folded without distortion to the sheet even if folding against the grain. An operator friendly colour touch screen display is conveniently positioned for easy setup with many pre-programmed folding layouts. There is a pulsed delivery belt with pressing roller to ensure reliable and consistent shingling of the finished product.
