#2 A corded jig saw
#3 A battery powered drill and impact driver kit.
A couple of tips as you make you choices:
#1 Choose a reliable brand like Makita, DeWalt or Milwaukee. Go with one brand and stick with it so the batteries will be interchangeable.
#2 Don't get carried away buying battery powered tools. The technology changes too much. In many cases the corded tools especially saws are generally more versatile and won't become obsolete.
#3 Buy tools as you need them for your projects.
