C++ Basics: Install Visual Studio Code & MINGW Compiler

It is quite the hassle to set up a new Project in C++ in Visual Studio Code. It requires steps from downloading Visual Studio Code, Installing it, and then downloading a Compiler and then installing it and then making it an environment variable and then setting up some weird stuff in Visual Studio Code, including the installation of the C++ Extension.
