Install SDL2

Windows Note
SDL libraries need to be included as SDL.h vs SDL2/SDL.h
"If your setting it up on windows using only MinGW and coding with notepad++ on windows, this is the best help I found. http://lazyfoo.net/tutorials/SDL/01_hello_SDL/windows/mingw/index.php Btw if you click on the exe and it says a certain dll cannot be found move the required dll into the same directory as the exe then it should work. Hope this helps anyone struggling setting this up on windows."
