If you watched my prior video from last week, you know this C5 Z06 has a steering column lock problem (Service Column Lock). This video will show you step-by-step how to permanently fix the problem in only 20 minutes with a $30 part. This is the fix that GM should have done since this problem affected every C5 made from 1997 thru 2004. This car never had either of the two recalls performed, which were failed attempts by GM anyway.
The only tools that you need is a T-15 screw driver to remove 4 screws and a small flat screw driver to use for prying.
