For a while now I have been seeing my customers and clients use caching in a way that actually negatively impacts their application performance. Caching is supposed to improve resilience and performance, and if you are only getting half of that benefit it can lead to questions about why you are implementing caching at all. In this session I will demonstrate a more nuanced approach to using distributed caching while achieving both outcomes of resilience and performance.
