Getting Started in CadQuery for CAD Modelling; this is an introduction to creating primitive solids, such as a sphere, a cylinder and a rectangular prism in CadQuery, along with the CQ Editor.
I have created a rough model, or first draft, of a LEGO compatible part for 3D printing as an excercise. In videos to come I will continue modelling similar designs and progressively demonstrating new functions in CadQuery.
If you do not yet know much about CadQuery, like Autodesk Fusion, OnShape and SolidWorks, it is a CAD Modelling tool; but with a difference!
