In this video, we learn how to use CalcPlot3D to look at space curves traveling through a vector field, which can be used to analyze line integrals.
In particular, we learn how to:
-Simultaneously view a space curve and vector field in both 2D and 3D contexts
-Use the t slider to see how the curve travels through the vector field and whether it is "with the flow", "against the flow", or "orthogonal to the flow" at a given point in time
