Here is a fun After Effects template for a modern title technique called 'Call-Out' titles. I've been seeing a lot of titles in a similar style and this one is. This one is based off of a premium template you can purchase from VideHive here: http://videohive.net/item/callout-titles/11111538?ref=philebiner
But as many of you know - I like creating my own motion graphics. So I took one of the samples and created this tutorial. In the tutorial, the skills you'll learn include:
- creating shape layers
- animating shape size and position
- adding and animating trim paths
- adding and editing text
- adding a typewrite text effect and customizing it to go backwards
- attaching a path point to the background video / photo
