It´s been a long time since my brothers guitar had someone playing it. I used it only a few times, and whenever I did I was stunned about everything about it. To me, it´s still one of the most beautiful guitars ever build. Since I was kind of in a writing rut, stuck to certain chords, I thought why not give this one a go. The cool thing with a baritone guitar is that you can play the same stuff you always play, but it sounds different. Partly because you play in another key, party because the guitar sounds just different. In this case, it has more low end, more warmth. Having a longer neck also makes a whole lot of a difference. I was just playing around on a simple idea, and I´ve heard just pulled me in. Having a new looper is also something which got me excited to put my teeth in. It was one of those effortless sessions on a cold autumn evening when everything just came together. I spend some time looking for drum grooves to compliment the idea and I have to say I really enjoy this one. Take yourself a break and press PLAY. . . .
