This training video aims to help you process images from a camera trap distance sampling (CTDS) survey. CTDS is a valuable method that is being implemented in many of the SWM Programme sites to estimate the abundance or density of wildlife. This video provides field teams with useful steps to analyse CTDS videos to obtain the needed data and information. The SWM Programme is an international initiative, co-funded by the European Union, the French Facility for Global Environment and the French Development Agency. It is being implemented by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the French Agricultural Research Centre for International Development (CIRAD), the Centre for International Forestry Research (CIFOR-ICRAF) and the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS). https://swm-programme.info/ Subscribe! http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=FAOoftheUN Follow FAO on social media! * Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/UNFAO * Instagram - https://instagram.com/fao * LinkedIn - https://www.linkedin.com/company/fao * TikTok - https://www.tiktok.com/@fao * Twitter - http://www.twitter.com/fao/ * Weibo - https://www.weibo.com/unfao © FAO: http://www.fao.org #SDGs #Agenda2030 #GlobalGoals
