Jocelyn had never canned anything before, so I thought this would be a really good opportunity to film somebody canning for the first time. When I talk to some people, they avoid canning because they think it sounds really hard. I think this video shows how easy it really can be.

Plum jam. Sterilize jars and lids. Fill jars to the right level. Boiling water bath for 13 minutes.
